Browning TSS Turkey Ammunition

12 gauge turkey ammo Browning TSS Turkey Ammunition gives hunters a new edge in the field. With the densest shot available (60% thicker than lead) and offered in duplex payloads, turkeys out to 70 yards don’t stand a chance.

Advertised at around 18 grams per cubic centimeter (60 percent denser than lead), TSS allows Browning to reduce the size of the shot and, in doing so, increase the load capacity of the shell while maintaining or even improving lower range power and performance.

What’s more, TSS isn’t toxic but can use nationwide. For hunters, Browning TSS Turkey Ammo loads provide the ability almost to double the now-antiquated standard, 40-yard maximum distances of lead-based 12-gauge turkey loads (Browning claims 70 yards). Buy Federal Premium Heavyweight TSS Turkey Ammunition online.

However, the advent of high-density tungsten-based shots—specifically the application of Tungsten Super Shot (TSS) to large-scale commercial cartridge manufacturers has been a game-changer. Browning has seen the script on the wall and is headlong into the TSS turkey game by introducing its new TSS Tungsten Turkey loads.

I use these shells for shooting trap, and they work great. Manageable recoil and nice consistent patterns, also you can\’t beat the price.

I fired this buckshot load thru an Ithaca 37 with a 20 inch cylinder bore barrel. At 15 yards the patter was about the size of a playing card. Backing up to 25 yards the group enlarged to roughly 9 inches. Recoil is also less than normal buck.

I shoot this out of an 18\” barreled Remington 870P. With three shots, I was able to keep all 27 pellets in an 18\” wide target from 35 yards. I use the Law Enforcement version at work and it performs just as well.

excellent shotshells for the money, have had no problems with them, and use them in 3 gun and shotgun competition

I bought these because I was told and also read that they can be reloaded, which they can. The only thing is that the metal expands and I had to get a shell resizer to reload them. With that said they didn\’t fail me with any problem like breaking apart on extraction like some cheaper shells have done.

These are great low recoil rounds. I use them in 3 Gun competition and at the range. They are much easier to come back on target after the shot vs. some of the other brands.

Goes bang, patterns alright, and cycles my simi auto. Not a fan of their crimping though a few look fine but the majority are pushed in too deep.

It used to be very reliable and affordable but since 2018 this type was the most unreliable and poorly made. I bought cases of it and wasted the last 4 after finding poor milling ridges on the shell plate that hung up on my auto loaders. Many shells had a habit of having the metal shells just come off often jamming your actions! The stores never took them back so I relegated them to malfunction practice. What waste of time and money!

I use these for target practice. They cycle flawlessly in my Mossberg 930 SPX and Mossberg 500. Patterns are consistent and felt recoil is less than full loads. Great price for a quality round.

Best buckshot I have found. Patterns are so much smaller that I expected. The further I shot the more impressed I was when comparing to my old \”go to\” round. I will not be buying any of the brands that I previously preferred. Recoil was definitely more gentle than I expected too. Would not hesitate to let my wife use this ammo. Try it out and you will be impressed as well.

Nice practice rounds. Light felt recoil and good accuracy. What I like most is that the aero which is like a wad/stabilizer is attached to the slug and only leaves one hole when punching paper. Would buy again.

I buy and use these to shoot trap. I am new to trap shooting and doing this for only a few months. I use a Remington 1100, which I have found very picky on cycling shells and have been trying various brands to determine which work best with my particular shotgun. Some brands of shells do not cylce whatsoever (and yes I have a brand new o-ring and new gas piston of the old style and a new recoil spring that has seen 6 boxes of shells now.). These cycled pretty good in my shotgun. 21 out of 25 shells cycled fine and 4 short cycled (as opposed to no cycling with other brands. I would definately buy these again. They are a good value and appear to work well in my Autoloader.
