The tradition continues at Fiocchi Exacta Biathlon Super Match Ammunition, Missouri and Little Rock, Arkansas facilities – right in the heart of America. Hundreds of hardworking Americans produce some of the highest quality shotshell, centerfire, and rimfire ammunition.
You need high-quality components to make high-quality ammunition. That’s why Fiocchi offers a wide range of primers, bullets, shells and powders. THE HYPE IS REAL!
But the innovation does not end there. The Cyalume Chemtracer shotgun shells, the Canned Heat product line, the Cowboy Action line and the Tundra Rifle line are proof of how Fiocchi keeps a finger on the pulse of the ammunition market and anticipates future trends. So, Fiocchi Munizioni – Italian for “Fiocchi Exacta Biathlon Super Match Ammo” – was founded at a pivotal point in firearm history. The muzzleloader quickly went the way of the dinosaur, replaced by the breechloader. First, Fiocchi started making refillable primer kits.

Have used this ammo in both semiautomatic pistols and rifles, and Thunderbolts function in both with no problems, possibly due to their higher chamber pressure. About run-of-the mill when it comes to fouling, it nonetheless stands shoulders above any other bulk offering from Remington ( their Golden Bullets are not even in the running ) with respect to reliability and ignition. These are typically a first choice – when available – for plinking and teaching novices to safely handle firearms. Overall, excellent to say the least; even more so when on sale.

I have been shooting Thunderbolt .22 for many years. May rounds through many different firearms with only a few non- fires (duds), so few I can’t think when the last one was. I’ve hunted, plinked and shot range competition. I feel that the Thunderbolt may be the best value in .22 long rifle ammo.

Finally a good price on 22 plinking ammo. For awhile, it was cheaper to shoot my reloaded 9mm than my 22’s.

Took it to the range. Seemed accurate, no problems. Bought two boxes on a great sale, now I wish I had bought more.

We go through a lot of this ammo. It doesn’t care if it is cold out like some others. The revolvers eat it like popcorn, some of the semiautos need the ramp and chambers wiped out after a couple of hundred rounds. The bolt gun and pump guns love it.
