Bought 3 boxes of this ammo to mess around with, and was amazed at the level of performance to cost ratio. This round shoots great out to 250 yards. Perfect terminal performance on groundhogs, and for a Siberian ammo it is very clean, and uniform. I also admire the quality of the brass, and I am ordering more now and if they don’t shoot as good as the first batch I got, at least I’ll have some more Quality brass to reload.

Old guy. I got rid my big, heavy rifles. They kicked more than I wanted to put up with. Bought a new really cheap 22-250,had a hair trigger adjusted and went hunting years ago. 3 bucks ln3 years ain’t so bad. Been reloading since 1948, then last year Valley Fire wiped me out. Too old to retool so I shopped for ready mades. I had been using 60 gr. Partitions. Finally FUSIONS. California coastal blacktail. Chased a big buck around all morning until I got a good shot. 177 yards, one shot right behind the front shoulder. He ran 30 yard and dropped. Obviously small entry and and the exit hOle was just short of dime size. Broke 1 rib on entry and 2 more on exit. Destroyed heart, liver, most of the lungs and pancreas, but very little blood shot meat. Read P.O. Akley’s writing about ultra velocity and hydrostatic tissue damage (internal organs on this animal). Really great bullet with WELL PLACED SHOTS. Light rifle with minimal recoil, FUSIONS bullets, very light trigger pull, a little practice and it doesn’t matter if you’re a little shakey. John

Shoots well under MOA at 100 yards. Clean powerful deadly and super accurate out of my Tikka T3 varmint 22-250! Will buy more!

I used this load for varmint hunting. I was really surprised at how accurate it is. Sub Moa without having to reload.

I have been using your V-Max varmint loads in 22-250 since you started making them. This Superformance blows the old loads away! 4000+ fps and way sub minute in a custom 22-250. The 223 and 204 Superformance load is fantastic also. Will you please manufacture this load SOON in 220 Swift. Not fair for your V-Max 220 Swift load to be slower than the 22-250.

This ammo shoots as well as anything I have tried; and, the cost is right. What is not to like?

Bought an old Remington 788 to teach kids long range shooting. Used PRVI Partisan and worked great but soft lead tips at 500 yards were iffy. Stepped up to these thinking the polymer tips would help. 2 inch groups at total of 7 inches off of my zero. Partisans all touch so sticking with them. May work for you but not mine.

This is my go to round for my 22-250 when hunting Coyotes! Great knock down power with minimal pelt damage from exit wounds. I’ve found this load to be very consistent between lot numbers and my rifle will print 1/4 to 1/2 MOA with it when I do my part! 😉

Excellent ammo, and an outstanding price. I open the ammo, and zeroed in with 3 shot’s. I then shot 5 shots all in one hole.

Thanks Midway for being honest, and not price gouging us in these times when most others are. bought new a-bolt II medallion 24 inch barrel, I usually like Hornady loads, but these where not the best grouping. Almost 2 inch per three shots. I love reviews as it saves us money and time. Please review your results. Include the type of gun and barrel length. Thanks

These rounds are ok. I do just as good with these as I do with my Varget 55gr reloads. These make excellent brass for the reloader. An interesting fact about these rounds is that they are not crimped, at least not that I can see or feel.

I shot some of this in 6.5×55 match 120g hpt. I was very pleased. I ordered 10 more boxes. I purchased 10 boxes of the 22-250 55g sp and I am not really pleased. I will use it for out to 200 yds on larger varmints but I am sure not going to try beyond that on anything smaller. Somewhat inconsitent. A bit of spraying going on. Got to wondering? What the heck! So I figured I would weigh the rounds. wow. 6g dif overall. 14 – 15 rnds would be within 1g but the rest would be way off.(same with my new batch of 6.5) Shot groups today with bullets seperated into groups within 1g and got better results. The brass weighs less than Win. but more than Rem. And check the soft point. There is a lot of overlay going on. I shave it off flush. That has no effect on performance. Midway rocks!
